how are ya feeling?? i wish we could gather around a table + have heart2hearts over our current experiences (maybe one day?) —so this is the next best thing.

a few ground rules

be kind + accepting or get kicked out.

there is no right or wrong way to share, comment, navigate. try not to overthink it + let flow from where you feel called to go.

there is no such thing as too vulnerable—if it’s something that is best communicated to a mental health professional, include a trigger warning for other members. you have 3 strikes on this one (what would require a trigger warning? abuse of any kind, addiction, death, cheating, ptsd related, or suicide.

there’s no limit to the amount of posts a day —you can use this like a journal if you wish. share as little or as much as you feel comfortable.

i ask that you come here with the intention to TRANSCEND. to feel less alone in what you’re feeling (you also don’t always need to label it) + to hopefully begin to feel it mixed with another emotion that either allows you to walk away + onto the next moment in your day, or you give yourself the space + acknowledge what’s being felt now.

there’s no right or wrong, i can’t say that enough!!!
